News Feed

I just added an Ovarian Cancer news feed to the site. You’ll see it in the side bar at the right. You can click on any of the green headings which will take you to the complete news article.
Check back for any new news. This is updated often.
I hope this will be of use to you.

You Can Help

This year, hundreds of thousands of people will hear the words “You have cancer”, and there’s a good chance that some of them will be people we know and love. We have all been touched by cancer in some way … and we all have the power to make a difference. You can make a difference right now by signing the survivors page and/or giving a blurb about yourself, a friend, a loved one, who survives or fell victim to cancer on “Survivors”.

Pay it Forward

I just visited a site which was recommended to me here in a comment. The lady is an ovarian cancer survivor and “trying to help other people through their cancer journey”. I would encourage you to visit Pay it Forward Kamloops.

Cancer cannot take your soul. It may not take your life. Fight for all you’re worth because you are worth it!

Depending on where radiation is directed, you may also experience hair loss on your legs, arms, underarms, pubic area, chest, eyelashes, and eyebrows, in addition to your head.
